Share Your Story: True Spooky Stories & Unexplained Experiences
As part of our Halloween 2026 events at Relic Rituals in Springville, Utah, we are gathering true spooky stories, strange experiences, and local legends to share with our community.
We are looking for stories that are based on real experiences — whether that is a personal paranormal encounter, a strange or unexplained event, a story passed down through your family, or a piece of Utah folklore. While we love ghost stories, we are also interested in other unusual experiences, including UFO encounters, strange happenings, “glitch in the matrix” moments, and anything that feels mysterious, unexplained, or wonderfully strange.
Selected stories may be shared during our True Spooky Stories storytelling event in October 2026 at:
Relic Rituals Community Center
188 S Main Street
Springville, Utah
(Date TBA)
-Located above Ginger's Cafe/Christopher's Herb Shop
To help us choose and organize stories for the event, please submit a short version of your story first.
Please keep your submission to a few sentences or one short paragraph. You do not need to include every detail — just enough for us to understand the experience and get a feel for your story.
Please include:
-
Whether this is your personal experience, a story someone else experienced and passed down to you, or a piece of local folklore/history
-
Your name
-
Your email address
Please avoid overly violent, graphic, or disturbing details. We are looking for stories that capture the mystery, curiosity, and wonder of the unexplained.
Thank you for helping us celebrate Utah’s strange, spooky, and fascinating stories!
